What can I expect from the The Lost Kingdoms experience?
Travel back in time to explore two of the most fascinating periods in Earth's history! This unique and spectacular edutainment experience combines the prehistoric Jurassic period with the Ice Age period and features 30 life-sized animatronic dinosaurs and 20 Ice Age beasts.

What are the hours of operation?
The exhibition opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm with hourly access. Last entrance is at 5pm.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an outdoor park venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will normally take 2 hours. The full time will depend on how much time you spend reading about the dinosaurs, how much time you spend enjoying the food and drink stalls along the route and the size of the park where we host the event. On average, visitors like to spend 2 to 3 hours at our event and make it a memorable full morning or afternoon family day out.
How long can I stay at the event?
Once you are inside, you can stay as long as you wish with your family and friends. Last entry is at 5 pm and we ask all visitors to leave by 6 pm.
Is the experience accessible for someone visually impaired?
The information panels for each creature are in larger print and all the dinosaurs and Ice Age beasts are life-sized. The walk-through route will be signposted for visitors to follow.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No. We are happy for our visitors to bring along their own picnics and food and drink and sit on the grass areas and enjoy the day.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos are permitted. When taking photos, please be aware of surrounding customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Please do share your photos and videos across all your social media channels and help The Lost Kingdoms to become a success!
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
We have a number of chairs that can be brought into the exhibition for folks who have a hard time standing for extended periods of time.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Restrooms are available on-site for men, women and disabled visitors.
Is there a gift/merch shop?
No
What should I wear?
Clothes & shoes suited to walking around in an outdoor park. Please note, due to the high number of visitors at our events, sometimes the ground may become muddy during or after rain.
Regarding the access to the event
Is it COVID secure and safe? Do I need to wear a mask?
The experience is designed to be COVID safe. We’ll be following local COVID restrictions. No restrictions.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket (or a few minutes earlier) as we need to control the amount of people coming in to avoid crowding.
What happens if I arrive late?
We may be able to give access up to 15 minutes from the start of your session. We cannot assure the entrance on a separate session later than that. Please refer to the entrance staff for extra support.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted, no other pets are allowed in the event.
Is there an age requirement?
This exhibition is for all ages, minors under 2 do not require a purchased ticket.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes but please also be aware that some pathways and park areas have uneven flooring and steep gradients which is natural for park environments.
Is there parking available?
All parks have car parking onsite or close to the event. The car parks will be open during our normal opening hours.
What if the weather is bad?
We are open every day regardless of the weather. If we do have to close for any reason, we will notify you and then you can change the date of your ticket.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No. You must bring your own wheelchair with you.
Can I bring children’s scooters / skates / bicycles along?
Scooters/skates/bicycles will not be allowed to enter the event & we do not have facilities for storing these items at the event.
Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, at our onsite box office, which is by the entrance to the event, which is open during regular business hours. We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to guarantee availability. On the day of the event, tickets may be more expensive.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Is there a Military discount?
No
Are there discounts for Senior Citizens, Students & Disabled Visitors?
Yes. You can purchase concession tickets if you are aged over 65, if you have a disability, or if you are a student with a valid student ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please
contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
